Our company uses practical tools to manage its environmental responsibilities, supported by ISO 14001:2015 certification. By adhering to this standard, we ensure compliance with legal requirements and achieve its environmental goals.

The company strives to align with ESG principles — implementing environmental, social, and governance standards to ensure sustainable development, care for people, transparent interaction, and responsibility to partners, clients, and society.

RIO-TRANS cooperstes with business associations, public organizations, and other communities that bring together people, local communities, and businesses around the shared goal of environmental protection.

	Public Organization A catalyst for community development. Entrepreneurship, environmental friendliness, inclusiveness, and equal opportunities.
	Public Organization “Zero Waste IF” Office waste management, collection of solid household and organic waste, and their transfer for recycling.
	Non-Profit Public Organization Its activities are aimed at restoring the natural environment, in particular tree planting and providing support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
	The She Drives project helps women retrain, gain the necessary knowledge and support. A pilot project for training female truck drivers, aimed at meeting the transport market’s demand for drivers and promoting gender equality in the profession.
	Ukrainian public social initiative whose activities are aimed at promoting a culture of proper disposal of hazardous household waste in Ukraine, raising awareness of the collection and recycling of used batteries, and spreading the ideas of social entrepreneurship.
	Public Organization Its activities are aimed at raising awareness of ecology and the environment, as well as developing overall eco-consciousness. The organization holds eco-picnics, events, and other environmental projects.

RIO-TRANS Code of Business Conduct is mandatory for the entire RIO team, contractors, and other interested parties (stakeholders). It provides guidance and examples of integrity in the workplace and in business practices.

The Code supports all employees, officers, and founders in in maintaining integrity in business.
