Our extensive experience is based on the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and the ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system for sustainable development.

Contractor Management and Responsible Selection

Compliance with sustainability requirements is an integral part of our supplier selection process.Our approach, in particular the management, searching and selection of contractors, is determined by the “Instruction on Selecting Responsible and Compliant Partners” as well as other responsible practices that comply with the international service quality standard ISO 9001:2015. As a carrier, our company continuously invests in more efficient vehicles and advanced technologies to reduce our carbon footprint.In addition to operating our own fleet, we’ve built a trusted network of partners who deliver international freight using vehicles that meet the highest environmental standards — 70% of deliveries are carried out by Euro 6 trucks, and the remaining 30% by Euro 5 vehicles. Supplier efficiency, safety, and other reliability criteria are continuously monitored through regular surveys and evaluation processes.

Route Optimization and Freight Consolidation

Advanced route planning software helps us to plan efficient routes, minimizing fuel consumption and emissions. We track shipments in real time, using transport hubs to collect and distribute cargo, and cooperate with other companies to organize combined shipments.
Combining several small shipments into a single consolidated one reduces the number of vehicles required for delivery and helps lower our overall carbon footprint. Shifting shipments from road transport to sea or rail, optimizing routes, using fuels with lower levels of harmful additives, and regularly monitoring the technical condition of vehicles, all contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and other harmful substances.

To prevent, mitigate, and avoid

In cooperation with our contractors, customers, and other stakeholders, we identify and prevent potential violations of the Code of Conduct, maintain a register of complaints, and implement an action plan for improvement. We have the right to stop business relationships with contractors who do not adhere to our responsible business practices. Contractors, employees, and other stakeholders can use our “complaint line” to report concerns regarding business conduct.
