Our company's offices are designed in accordance with environmental and aesthetic standards.
Environmental actions we take:

Office Energy Efficiency+

Reduced energy costs for heating and air conditioning

Thanks to proper heat insulation of offices (using environmentally friendly insulation materials), we reduce energy consumption and ensure a comfortable environment for employees in any season.

Thanks to the installation of heat pumps, we have provided long-term savings on energy costs and increased the energy efficiency of buildings.

Renewable Energy Sources +

101 solar panels have been installed, allowing us to generate 50 kW/h (on sunny days), which fully covers the office's electricity needs

Thanks to the installation of exhaust fans with an air recovery function, energy consumption has been reduced, office air quality has improved, and a comfortable indoor climate is maintained without unnecessary heat loss.

Installing inverter climate control equipment helps us lower electricity use and contribute to global carbon reduction goals.

Waste Sorting and Recycling+

Our offices are equipped with areas for separate collection of solid household and organic waste. The collected waste is sent for recycling to our partner organizations, Zero Waste IF NGO and Batareiky Zdavaytes NGO.

Digital Waste+

Our IT department manages the computer network for the whole RIO team and is also responsible for cleaning digital waste. This includes identifying and deleting large files, leftover applications and caches, outdated files and data.
